In Almaty, the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of RK organized the First Congress of Young Scientists of Kazakhstan, “Young Satbayev Scholars,” dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the outstanding scientist, academician Kanysh Satbayev.
This significant event addressed key issues related to the development of domestic science. The congress brought together leading young scientists and experts from across the country, who exchanged views on the future of science in Kazakhstan. Modern innovative developments and projects by young researchers were also presented, showcasing their achievements and contributions to science.
Young scientists from the M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry — Tezekbayeva Botakoz Kulbaevna , Rakhatkyzy Akbota , Bakytzhanova Zhibek Nurlankyzy , and Mankeeva Symbat Azatkyzy — presented their scientific projects at the exhibition of innovative developments:
“Virus-free plants in vitro and ex vitro”,
“Virus-free apple and strawberry plants in vitro”.
These studies make a significant contribution to improving plant health and advancing biotechnology in agriculture. Such achievements by young scientists open up new opportunities for domestic science and serve as a stimulus for its further development.
