On December 19, 2024, a meeting of the Academic Council was held at the M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
– At the meeting of the Academic Council, the Director General of the Institute, K.O. Sharipov, summed up the results of the scientific, organizational and financial activities of the Institute for 2024, and also spoke about long-term plans for 2025.
– Members of the Academic Council discussed the state of the Institute’s patent and licensing work. The information was presented by the heads of laboratories.
– The meeting heard information on the results of monitoring the document flow of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the first half of 2024, conducted by the Language Policy Committee, in particular, on the implementation of the indicators of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Language Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029. The indicator of the M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry made up 85% (18th place). It was decided to strengthen the work on a gradual increase in the share of the state language in the external and internal document flow of the Institute.
– At the meeting, awards of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented on the occasion of the celebration of the Republic Day:
– “Gylym zhane zhogary bilim ministerliginin kurmet gramotasy” – to a researcher of the laboratory of protein and nucleic acids L.T. Nadirova.
– “Gylym zhane zhogary bilim ministrliginin Algysy” – to a researcher of the laboratory of plant bioengineering, PhD A.K. Khanseitova, a researcher of the laboratory of protein and nucleic acids R.M. Nargilova, a junior researcher of the laboratory of the genome A.M. Mendesh, a junior researcher of the laboratory of the genome D.O. Baysaparova.
