Integration of science and education. IMBB signed a Protocol of Intentions on cooperation with the Higher school of Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine and health care Al-Farabi KazNU.

Within the framework of the General agreement dated February 2, 2022 between Al-Farabi KazNU and leading Research Institutes of the Committee of science of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, between the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry named after. M.A. Aitkhozhin and the Faculty of Medicine and Health care of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University was signed a Protocol of Intentions on cooperation and joint research activities (collaboration) in 7th April, 2022.

The Protocol of Intentions is aimed at ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation, pooling the resources and potential of IMBB and the Faculty of Medicine and Health of Al-Farabi KazNU for the successful solution of the goals and objectives of joint scientific research.

In accordance with its provisions, the Parties will carry out joint work on the implementation of scientific projects of mutual interest.

As part of the competition for grant funding for 2022-2024, the work on the preparation of 2 joint competitive applications has already begun.
