As part of the science week #kazakhscienceweek#, at the Institute of molecular biology and biochemistry named after M.A. Aitkhozhin hosted an Open Doors Day on April 8, 2022.

Study tours were organized for students of the biological faculty of Al-Farabi KazNU. Students visited the laboratories of protein and nucleic acids research, structural and functional genomics, genome, biotechnology and molecular genetics, bioengineering and plants, grain crops biochemistry. Future biologists were introduced to scientific equipment, were told about modern scientific trends and achievements of laboratories, and answered their questions.
