The results of the research carried out under the assignment “Monitoring of Erwinia amylovora strains, common on wild and cultivated apple trees of the Malus spp. genus, and development of practical recommendations to prevent the bacterial blight among endemic plants of the Rosacea family (rose)” of the IRN program OR11465447 “Development of highly sensitive molecular biological, biochemical tests for the detection of pathogens that affect the consumer qualities of the final product, based on the monitoring of pathogens of agricultural crops” within the framework of program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2022, published as an article “The prevalence of Erwinia amylovora on wild and cultivated apple trees of the Malus spp. genus for the period of 2021” in the “Eurasian Journal of Applied Biotechnology”.
