Human capital is a key resource for the development of a new Kazakhstan

Within the framework of the Forum of Science and Higher Education 2022: “Human capital is a key resource for the development of a new Kazakhstan” a meeting was held between the Minister of Science and Higher Education- Sayasat Nurbek and representatives of the Young scientists Council under the MSHE RK in Nur-Sultan.  The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the young scientists Council of M.Aitkhozhin Institute of molecular biology and biochemistry – Aset Abaildaev.
