I sincerely congratulate you on Independence Day!

December 16, 1991 is a great date in the history of our country.

On this day, the First President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev signed the Constitutional Law “On State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Independence has opened new horizons for our country. Over the years of independence, Kazakhstan has taken its rightful place in the international arena.

President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev: “Independence is our main value, it is above all! Our task is to leave a prosperous and strong Kazakhstan as a legacy for future generations.”

The fate and future of independent Kazakhstan depends on each of us. Success in science, studies and coordinated work will improve the standard of living in the country and the well-being of citizens.
