Nowadays, we are witnessing incredible progress achieved by humanity in such high-tech fields as space, medicine, bio- and information technologies, artificial intelligence, etc., which are based on the developments of a large number of scientific teams around the world. However, the number of unsolved problems is not decreasing, and the scope for scientific discoveries remains enormous.

Science has always been and remains the basis for successful development and an important component of the prosperity of any state.

In our country, in recent years, much attention has been paid to this area – conditions are being created for the effective work of scientific organizations, conducting fundamental and applied research in priority scientific fields, commercializing the results of scientific and technical activities, and special support is provided to young scientists.

Today, excellent prospects are opening up for material and technical re-equipment and further modernization of scientific organizations, the formation of new scientific directions at the intersection of different scientific disciplines, and attracting talented youth to science.

In turn, M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry contributes to the development of Kazakhstan and world science by successfully carrying out scientific projects and programs in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry, immunology and immunobiotechnology, biomedicine, genetic and cell engineering.
