Extended meeting of the collegium of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

An expanded meeting of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aimagambetov was held on January 27, 2022. The work’s results of 2021 were summed up and tasks in the field of education and science for 2022 year were set at the meeting.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov took part in the work of the board, who positively assessed the activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of high-quality execution of the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanysh Yergaliyev reported the results of 2021 and the tasks for 2022 in the field of science, in particular, the introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Science”, the adoption of the Concept for the Development of Science for 2022-2026, the financial and institutional development of science , material and technical renovation of research institutes, a set of measures to strengthen the interaction between universities and research institutes.
