M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry an introductory tour for students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Biology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was conducted

On April 19, 2024 at M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry an introductory tour for students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Biology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was conducted.

The excursion took place as part of the celebration of Science Workers’ Day, as well as within the framework of the General Agreement between M.A. Aitkhozhin Institute of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Students and undergraduates visited laboratories of structural and functional genomics, biochemistry of grain crops, biotechnology and molecular genetics, protein and nucleic acids, immunology and immunobiotechnology, genome, plant bioengineering.

Future biologists were introduced to the areas of scientific research, modern equipment used in research, scientific achievements of laboratories, and their questions were answered.
